Yogabed provides a 365 Night Money-Back Guarantee with the original purchase of a Yogabed Mattress and a 180 Night Money-Back Guarantee with the original purchase of a Yogabed Unplug Mattress. The 365 and 180 Night Money-Back Guarantee extends only to the original purchaser of a product who remains in possession of said product at the time of a claim under the warranty. Yogabed requires that a customer sleep on their Yogabed Original or Yogabed Unplug mattress for a 30 night period to allow the customer adequate time to adjust to the qualities of the new mattress and properly gauge their satisfaction. The terms of 365/180 Night Money-Back Guarantee are as follows: (i) customers must notify Yogabed of their desire to return the mattress on or before 365/180 days from the date of delivery of the mattress (“trial period”); (ii) to notify Yogabed of a return, the customer must contact Yogabed customer service within the trial period; (iii) any return of a mattress must include any additional products provided to the customer as part of the purchase of the mattress (i.e., pillows not purchased separately from the mattress); (iv) Yogabed will arrange for pick-up of the mattress (and any other products provided to the customer and included in the cost of the mattress) to be returned at no charge to the customer; (v) Yogabed will refund 100% of the total cost paid for the items returned by crediting the credit/debit card used as the method of payment for the original order after Yogabed has confirmed the return of all products.

The 365 and 180 Night Money-Back Guarantees do not apply to Yogabed pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and other accessories purchased separately from and not included with the purchase of a mattress. Returns of such products are accepted only if another warranty permitting return applies.

Yogabed will fill orders as soon as possible based on product availability. Yogabed’s goal is to keep all offered products in stock at all times so it may ship products within 2 business days of receipt of an order. However, Yogabed makes no guarantees or representations concerning the availability of a product at the time of order or the delivery time for a product. Yogabed is not liable and accepts no responsibility for loss or inconvenience resulting from a shortage of product supply, production delays or other unforeseen events that may delay delivery of a product. In the event of a delay, Yogabed will attempt to notify customers in a timely manner.
Yogabed assumes the freight and delivery costs of Yogabed products shipped within the continental United States. Our standard delivery time varies between 7 to 10 business days, depending on volume and delivery destination. An order that includes more than one item may arrive in separate shipments at different times.
All Yogabed products include a Damage and Defect Upon Delivery Warranty. The Damage and Defect Upon Delivery Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of a product who remains in possession of said product at the time of a claim under the warranty. The conditions of the warranty are as follows: (i) if a Yogabed product(s) arrives in a damaged or unusable condition, Yogabed will replace or repair the product(s) in a timely manner, at no extra charge to the customer; (ii) a customer must notify Yogabed customer service by telephone within 36 hours of receipt of the item(s)’s delivery for this warranty to be valid; and (iii) Yogabed shall have sole and complete discretion to elect between repair and replacement of a product pursuant to this warranty.
